Email confirms your request. Texts start only if you tick one or both of two separate, empty-by-default boxes.

Decide with your people
Take your questions to your doctor or someone you trust. Nothing here asks you to join anything.
After you send the form
- You get an email confirming your request.
- If you ticked a text option, one welcome text arrives. Message frequency varies (up to 8 a month).
- Reply STOP to any text, or write to [email protected], to stop messages.
What never happens
- No one will call to sell you something or give a quote.
- We never pass your details to study sponsors, research sites, or other partners.
- We never enroll you in a study. Only a study team can, and only with your consent.
